By accessing or using the services of Lilburn Mover, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Lilburn Mover offers residential and commercial moving services, including packing, loading, transporting, and unloading of goods. Optional services may include storage and packing supplies.

3. Booking and Cancellation

• All bookings must be confirmed with accurate details.

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Estimates provided are based on the information you provide. Final pricing may vary due to additional time, labor, or services.

• Payments must be made in full upon completion of the move unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and online payment methods.

5. Liability

• Lilburn Mover is fully licensed and insured.

• We are not liable for damages caused by incorrect packing by the customer, items of extraordinary value not disclosed beforehand, or hazardous materials.

• Claims must be reported within 72 hours of the move.

6. Customer Responsibilities

• You must ensure access to both pickup and drop-off locations.

• Items must be packed and ready (unless packing services are requested).

• Pets, flammable items, and illegal substances are not allowed in the moving truck.

7. Delays & Unforeseen Events

We are not responsible for delays due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or other events beyond our control. We will make every effort to stay on schedule and keep you informed.

8. Privacy Policy

Your information is used strictly for booking, scheduling, and communication. We do not sell or share your data with third parties unless required by law.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
